Warranty & Product Guarantee Policy

A. Product Quality Guarantee
• All paper bags undergo strict quality control before dispatch.
• Bags are guaranteed to meet agreed specifications (e.g., size, weight capacity, print quality).
• If the delivered bags do not match specifications, customers are eligible for a replacement or credit note.

B. Strength & Durability Warranty
• Bags are tested for weight capacity and durability as per industry standards.
• The company is not responsible for misuse or exceeding the recommended weight capacity.

C. Ink & Printing Durability
• Printing is guaranteed to be smudge-proof under normal handling conditions.
• Warranty does not cover exposure to extreme moisture, heat, or chemicals that may cause fading.

D.Product Quality & Inspection for Exports
• A pre-shipment inspection (PSI) will be conducted to ensure quality compliance.
• Third-party inspections (SGS, Intertek, etc.) can be arranged at the customer’s expense if required.
• The company ensures packaging meets international shipping standards to prevent damage in transit.

E. Printing Quality & Color Policy

  1. Color Matching & Accuracy
    • The company uses Pantone (PMS) or CMYK color matching for consistent branding.
    • Exact color matching is not guaranteed due to differences in paper texture, ink absorption, and printing methods.
    • Customers must approve a digital proof or physical sample before bulk production.

    • Approval is mandatory before printing starts.
  4. Physical Sample (if required)
    • A physical pre-production sample can be provided upon request (additional charges may apply).

    • Minor color variations (±10%) are industry standard and not considered defects.

    • No copyrighted or trademarked content unless the customer provides legal permission.
    • Offensive, illegal, or prohibited content will not be printed.
    • Complex multi-color designs may have higher costs and longer production times.
